Perfect location for walking into Hove and Brighton. There were some small problems with the apartment when we first arrived but the management team moved us into another one because the problems were not fixable that day. I couldn't praise the management team more -- the way that problems are dealt with says a lot about a company. There were nice touches like B&W photos of landmarks in Brighton and Hove.

It was truly luxurious and comfortable and Deni was excellent and very understanding. They did everything to help. The facility is excellent. As a television journalist, I will always be their volunteer ambassador. I would recommend it to everyone.

it was very quiet , 2 minutes to the beach . very accommodating for a family. 11am check out , great if you have children with you.

the lift was not working. we were on the 3rd floor minimal £50 charged for cleaning . we swept any crumbs , washed all items we used . we did appreciate they have to pay cleaners… how about a sliding scale , incorporated with the £100 damage held back .

Lovely setting by the River Ness. The distillery and brewery on site was fascinating.

The sound proofing in our room was not particularly good. We could hear conversation from the next room. The shower was rather cramped.

If I had to pick a fault I would say for 8 people should have a third toilet - and parking - you cannot park outside - you walk down the track with yr luggage But neither were an issue
