Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. The friendly service from the staff complemented the dining experience perfectly. Private Beach: The private beach connected to the hotel provided a tranquil”

The location was great. So handy for the buses - £7 return to Bath for 2 people with a stop almost outside the front door. Batheaston was very pleasant too - great fish and chips at the local and a lovely breakfast at Gather. The cottage was quirky, compact and bijou but with everything we needed for our stay. I found the bed really comfortable - my other half found it a bit too soft (he would be happy on floorboards!). The back courtyard was spacious, very nice to sit outside in the sun. And we were visited by next doors cats who mainly kept their distance - but they were gorgeous.

One issue was getting to the loo in the night. We slept on the top floor but it meant quite a trek to the bathroom. Just meant that the cottage was quaint though. It wouldn’t put me off returning.

Compact room but spotless. Great value for money. Although we didn't use it, it's great to have the option of early check in/late check out.Would def recommend.

The only downside is the fact it is located at the bottom of a steep hill which leads you to town centre. Could be a struggle with anyone with mobility issues. The bed in the room was very firm which I didn't like but my husband did but that's just personal preference

The location was very convenient as it was very close to Victoria Station.

Room was appalling and dirty and was very obviously not clean when we walked in. We found blood stains on the sheets, towels with blood on the floor, rubbish wasn't emptied, and used sanitary pads on the floor. We also found pills peaking out from under the bed before we left which was concerning. Reported to receptionist who admittedly did seem shocked and the cleaner came to clean it stating "she forgot to clean the room". Our room was a double, which was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Those beds were on wheels and therefore were constantly moving apart from each other, but that was the least of our concerns. My partner and I luckily had an alternative availabile to us and we left after a night instead of staying for the original 4 nights. Absolutely disgusting.

The house had a terrible stench throughout that smelled like blocked drains. It was exceptionally unpleasant. After some investigation it turned out to be the drip tray in the fridge that was blocked and mouldy. We removed and cleaned it several times with bleach but shouldn’t have had to do that as whoever cleans the house must have smelled it. N
