The staff were always really friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable - very comfy bed which makes all the difference! Lovely food - all at a very high standard. As a Coelaic they were brilliant at ensuring everything for me was gluten free so I felt very confident. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike but the availability of an EV charger for an electric car would be a massive help.

I loved the theming and aesthetic of the Jet Black Jewel; it was very different and appealed right to me. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, the breakfast and the hog burgers were outstanding. Enjoyed sitting in the dining area very cosy and warming atmosphere.

The main issue with my stay was me and my partner didn't sleep a full night the entire time we were there, we were in the polar bear room which to be fair faced the street. We had the windows closed yet it sounded as if they were open, it's very loud at nighttime with cars and people going passed. The windows seemed to be single panes which doesn't help with isolating the sound. We could hear quite clearly the people in the rooms next to us moving about and the footsteps above constantly creaking and banging. I feel that the price of the room with the issues stated is a bit much. Very very minor thing but it would be nice if biscuits were provided with the coffee and tea in the room.

The property is stunning and incredible, way beyond our expectations. It is well kitted out, has everything you might need. The hosts were superb, met us at the door, showed us around, gave us advice for the event we were attending. It was a truly exceptional stay.

Hotel is in a lovely location with views across the estuary. Cosy, comfortable pub atmosphere and a great restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi signal throughout; lousy phone signal in most parts.

The dinner was superb and we sent compliments to the chef. Breakfast was also very good. Had a lovely view of the loch from the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
