When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Great for a family of 4. Fully furnished in modern style and equipped with everything you need, even a few extra things: soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. Washing machine with dryer functions, microwave oven, dishwasher, iron (very usefull for a family). Coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, etc. In the kitchen. Impossible to find more. One only has to buy the main food. Well supplied with supermarkets, grocery stores and bakeries in a quiet neighbourhood. Well served by public transport: the bus stop is under the house, the metro is 3 minutes by bus, 15 minutes on foot. Very excellent for a family or friends trip in London. The property manager was very kindly, waiting us at the flat and well explained all the things. The flat was clean well

If we want by force to find some negative notes, these are the things: the flat need only some few little maintenances. The area around Finsbury Park is not turistic, little chaotic and dirty. You are around 20/30 min by subway from the main interesting points of London. But these are very little notes

It's a very sweet B&B run by a lovely woman. It's very clean. The shower is warm and has reasonable pressure. The seaside view is lovely. It's not too long a walk to the sea front either. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is lovely! And the dining room is spacious and nice. There are two chairs and a little table in the double bedroom, a hair dryer, a kettle, a mini fridge, and a little basket of tea, biscuits and hot chocolate which is lovely. The room is cleaned every day. The woman running the inn was incredibly helpful and friendly and found solutions to everything.

The pillows weren't very good, lumpy. Be aware that there is a lot of stairs. It was fine for us but you might want to request a lower room if you struggle.

Location was peaceful and convenient at the charming area of Kensal Green. Especially nice when travelling with kids. The house was old and traditionally English - not a sterile and dull hotel room - which was exciting for us.

Distance from the nearest tube station was a bit long but it wasn´t a problem for us since we are big walkers.

The apartment was well placed for various Cornish adventures and was immaculately clean. It had all you could need to make it a very enjoyable stay.
Negative section of review
As mentioned on other reviews it was quite noisy especially late at night/early morning at the weekend when people leave the pubs/clubs

Quirky and friendly. We were made to feel welcome by Alec who became the superstar of the weekend! Comfortable room. Great location. We will return!
