  The breakfast was lovely, freshly made to order. The room had all we needed. Nespresso was a great sign of a quality hotel. Great ambience when walking into the room, fresh towels folded nicely next to Shampoo,conditioner and shower gel. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint village.

  I wasn’t happy with the small pet fee, turned out to be £15 per night. This wasn’t explained until after non refundable payment! I did think £30 for my small dog was quite steep. We had spent a couple of nights away 2 weeks previous hotel near London and paid £10 pet fee for 2 nights.

  Apartment looks really nice, host (Oliver) friendly and helpful - recommeded us breakfeast next to apartment and they were great. When visiting any event at tottenham, location is perfect. From city center its aprox 35min but overground is close to apartment.

  Walking distance from Luton Airport. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom.

  We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight. There was no early departure breakfast box option of even a complimentary coffee available. We had to pay for a coffee which was prepared by staff who obviously didn’t know how to use the machine as they were effectively night porter staff. Most of the tables in the public areas on the ground floor still had glasses on them from the previous night.
