The parking was a real bonus after arriving early, we had a very warm welcome the pub itself has a modern but olde world charm with a lovely terrace. We had a small lunch before going into the city which was very good, also the breakfast in the morning was wholesome and well presented. Our room was no.8 on top floor although a little climb it afforded a nice view of the park towards the 02 and cable cars! Would definitely revisit again and highly recommended especially if you are going to the 02

Nice rooms and clean. Very uncomplicated, you get a code to enter the house and your room, no physical key. The host is not on the premises and if you're looking for minimal human contact this is a plus (I didn't, but this is neither a positive nor a negative).

The location is in the middle of Belfast, which is great, but the noise from the street is annoying. I understand that this is due to it beeing in Belfast and the location is also quite good, but I did hear planes taking off loudly and traffic in the streets. For someone with light sleep, this is not ideal.

Weird waking up in a room with no windows, but because there was no daylight, I slept soundly right through to 8am.

There is no-one available until 5pm, as the Bell is only staffed between then and closing time. Thus, no breakfast and no-one to help if anything goes wrong. The final few stairs to my room had no handrail on either side and beacause my balance is poor they were difficult to navigate.

A little expensive for the room type and the continental breakfast but the location next to the ferry terminal and the great view are what makes it more expensive than an equivalent hotel .

Towels were not changed during our stay. We needed also toiletries but there was no one to check with.

the room had stained sheets, the fan did not work, the floor was not vacuumed well, dirty walls, then they had loud music playing from the kitchen from 6am until the end of the night when they closed which was commented on and the next day again with music. The hallway smelled like marijuana. No window on the room The bathrooms are constantly dirty, some clogged, hair in the showers until the next day, no gel dispenser as shown in the photos and nothing to dry your hands, lack of toilet paper.
