Hosts were the BEST. Relaxed, helpful, fun. The location must be the best in Leverburgh. A little away from the Center with stunning views in all directions. Quiet calm and peaceful, like the whole area of western Isles.

The room was decorated well, very stylish. Didn't go in the main Manor building but that was beautiful to see from the outside. The grounds were well kept and lovely.

The walls were very thin! I could hear the room next to us watching The Simpsons in the morning.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was in an amazing location and beautifully appointed. The cocktails and breakfast were delicious too.

I would have graded the hotel exceptional except the bed let it down. There were two body shaped dents in the mattress so that when you laid down your head was lower than your feet. I had to sleep the other way around to get a good night's sleep! Not what I expected for the quality of hotel.

Location and breakfast were both excellent. The staff were super friendly and the bar did a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

Our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the window to let some air in, the window did not open very far at all and there was no other way to cool the room (e.g no air con or fan). With the window open there was also quite a lot of noise from vehicles on the nearby road.

Great location for our plans. Very comfortable bed, all good for a quick stopover.

I had paid in advance, but was presented with the full bill again at check-in. Was then sent to a twin room, when I had specifically booked a King. All resolved, but unhelpful niggles when you just want to go to bed. Next time I will return to the competitor brand just down the road.

It was convenient to our venue, check in was easy and they was parking

In the evening they was only one member of staff on the bar he wasn’t experienced in bar work and didn’t know what he was doing. The hotel was not prepared that it would be busy even though they had a lot of guest that had been to a nearby concert

The location was right next to the beach and near pier
Negative section of review
The hotel was very run down and cold. We had obscure glass in the windows which was cracked. The bed was very springy and uncomfortable. The tea/coffee making facilities was on the the dressing table with no plug sockets. So had to move the kettle. They made no mention of renovation works being carried out but hopefully the hotel will be back to it's full splendour. We were woken up with deliveries around 5am and glass being emptied into a bin with people talking loudly. Also, the car parking cost £25 a night. So added to the cost per night, it worked out quite expensive.
