Very comfortable and spacious. So well furnished. Lovely decorations. Many small extras like milk, eggs, bread, croissants, coffee, chocolates were there to great us. It makes such a difference. The owners were very easy to contact and were so very helpful. Great location. Lovely area to sit in outside. Beautiful kitchen so well equipped. Everything was of excellent quality.

Location was great and close to Paddington station, staff friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, bathroom was good and shower was excellent. Didn't have breakfast here as we found a nice place just around the corner.

Perfect location between Southport railway station and the venue that I was attending. I found it quiet and the staff were relaxed about what time I was arriving, because using the train is sometimes unpredictable.

We arrived at 14:00 to check in, prior to arrival a few days before booking, I called and spoke to a member of staff and had messages from management confirming we could have the single beds pushed together as we were a group of 8, four couples. We were also informed we would all be on the same floor. We booked superior rooms with city views. When they checked us in there was trouble with the rooms, they hadn’t pushed the beds together (wasn’t an issue we didn’t mind waiting) but when we went to our rooms, we were all on different levels and didn’t all have the same rooms like we had chosen for the trip. One of the couples had a twin room with shower, no city view. Little disheartening as it was a weekend for my partners birthday. We couldn’t lock the door initially, as there was decorating tape covering it. I spoke to reception and explained that the rooms were different to what we had booked, she replied what it can happen sometimes depending on what rooms they have, even though we had booked certain ones? There isn’t any reception staff gone past 11 pm, we had a query with one of our room keys in the group and we phoned the number they left at reception over 10 times but no answer, finally we did get through.
