Great location with theatre district, Soho, Covent Garden all easily walkable. Nice large room, comfortable bed, reasonable shower room. Nice to have an outdoor/patio area with our room. Nice and quiet. Good to have a hot breakfast available (even if it is fairly ordinary).

Decor was a bit shabby in places, lots of narrow/steep staircases. In most of the UK you would not think it was good value for money, but in London I suspect that it is.

TV did not work the entire time. One crucial light was out in the bathroom. I paid for dinner with booking.com but the restaurant didn’t know that. I paid for my meal and then to complain to the hotel who refunded my payment. Confusion.

Lovely hotel, great hosts, fantastic location, spotlessly clean, well decorated, comfy bed....the list goes on! This hotel will definitely be our first choice the next time we're in Tenby!

The breakfast was lovely...but if you're anticipating a full English or Welsh breakfast you'll be disappointed. Still, plenty of choice, and not an issue for us.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the diner in the Chop Restaurant was good, with choice of food and service. Good room facilities were good, with microwave and fridge.

The bathroom was a bit enclosed (no windows) and shower not so clean. The room itself was over hot and not cool down with aircon.

The bed was super comfy. I loved the abundance of tea, coffee and milk in the room. Wifi was strong. Breakfast was really huge and fantastic, very tasty. Location was great.

All the steep, narrow stairs were a bit difficult for my elderly parents, but we did book last minute so there wasn't much option of room it seemed. Staff were fairly dry but not unpleasant. It was difficult to park much of the time, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!

We got the room where in near the kitchen roof, so the noise, is like an aeroplane engine all night, can't sleep at all, is very loud noise, and not sure what it is
