Iv stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's totally great value for money ..there us always a bowl of fresh fruit on the main desk an amazing ice machine fresh canister of water all to greet you when you arrive from your journey to refresh you .the staff are amazing so friendly always smiling and very happy to help above and beyond..the rooms are always very clean and very comfortable always well stocked with hand and body wash shampoos.clean towels .the buffet breakfasts hot fresh good products. There is a macdonalds and a harvesters just a second walk away ..would totally recommend this hotel..massive thank you to all the staff. Great job guys .

It was great. The Kings Head is very near the broad, a lovely setting. The KH has. Large car park that is very easy to access. They were happy for me to ,eave my car there from the start of the day, whilst I went on my cycle tour. The place is very clean & tidy, well maintained, warm & comfortable.

Everything. The staff were all friendly and lovely. Everyone tried to help before anything arose and we were welcomed with open arms. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room was away from the main part so it was lovely and quiet.

When we went to the bar, I asked for a coca cola (I'm an athlete so dont drink alcohol) and the bar man asked me three times what I was ordering. He was confused as they only had pepsi which was perfectly fine.

Breakfast was really good. Being one week in 4 different hotels around UK and it was the best out of all of them. Decent spread of items for every taste.

Allocated a room set up for disabled person. Bathroom had no shelves hooks for towels low sink. Great facilities if we had been in need of such equipment. Apparently it happens when you book with booking.com

The scrambled eggs for breakfast weren't very nice. I was stood at the bar for quite a while being ignored by the three staff until I moved and stood right in front of them at the end where they were all stood chatting.

As we are getting older stairs to upper floors can be a bit of a challenge but appreciate difficult to fit lift in small hotel.
