Everything. This is our 4th stay and we never go past it. Very basic for a place to rest your head after a concert, show, night on the town. Very clean in the rooms and public areas. The staff are fantastic..so helpful, smiley and just a pleasure everytime we have visited. Continental breakfast was well presented and enough to start the day off well. Parking is plentiful in a multi-story carpark or in general parking within the retail park. 15 min walk into centre of Glasgow or to the Hydro for concerts. Great value for money We will be back.

The neighbourhood is nice, close to the underground (12-15 minutes walk). The appartment is spacious. The digital locker system worked well. There is small market in the building where you can buy everything.

The entrance to the building should be improved, cleaned. The appartment floor (bathrooms) was not really clean. The appartment' equipment is quite worn out in comparison to the photos. It'functional, but a bit old and not well maintained. There are only two chairs.

The blinds on the windows didn't stop the room being too light in the early morning! The sink needs attention in the bathroom terrible draining ! The windows don't open in the property and there is no working fan in the bathroom! No light over the dressing table !

the room was very cold the first night. the thermostat was outside the room which I wasn't aware of. I requested a ground floor room because my wife is disabled , but we were given a first floor room without a lift, and they've stopped serving breakfast. 2years ago it cost £136 for 2nights b&b, this year it was £200 for bed only.

Parking is hard to find - it’s behind the property. Live music in the evening is very loud so difficult to enjoy a meal in the restaurant and put kids to bed.
