      The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was my second time there in three months. The hotel contacted me in advance and asked if I am coming for a reason. I replied my birthday and upon check in, was upgraded, Executive Room was great and comfortable. Thank you for making my trip even more special. The location is ideal for everywhere I wanted to go, shopping, restaurants and a play. All within walking distance.

      The location is just 5-7 minutes from Paddington station, on the same road. There are many M&S and Tesco shops and restaurants nearby. Hyde Park is just a 5-7 mins walk. This is great.

      The apartment was a flat no. 2 in the basement area. After booking 2 weeks in advance and paying 831 euros, you end up in the basement. The way to the basement is not marked. I called the emergency number, but the guy on call also had no idea how to go to the flat. The fire exit door takes you to the basement. There was a lot of noise throughout the night and day as people were walking and coming to the lobby on the ground floor. We were there for 4 nights but could not sleep well. The room did not have any ventilation. We booked for 3 adults and what we got is just one small double bed and sofa. It was extremely short sofa and one can not slip. I called up the support number to request for change of room, I dropped message but there was no call back. They have also taken 200 pounds as additional deposit before check-in. The shower cabinet was ultra small. Overall, location is good but rooms are too small and lot of noise.
