Black mould in bathroom and bottom of patio door. No air con. Only ventilation is by opening a door. Spa access timing for residents clashes with dinner and breakfast so pretty limited. Spa had cloudy pool with dirty piles of sandy/ grit and dirt in corner. Plaster peeling of ceiling in parts of spa. Around jacuzzi and steam room the walls are bubbling and door frames are rotten and mouldy. Breakfast has options for cooked breakfast but black pudding was like a hard biscuit. Overcooked. Rest was ok no teaspoons on any of the cups in whole room. Had to ask for them. No sauces offered with cooked breakfast. Needed to find someone and ask for it.

Had 2 guests who were under the influence of drugs, kept being loud, racist, making most other guests only have a few hours sleep. After complaining along with several others, the people involved were spoken to. They were ultimately kicked out, which made the stay much better. Staff at the front desk hadn't advised me of the live chat message system on the app. That would have enabled us to contact the front desk in the early hours, avoiding a confrontation. Staff should advise guests of this useful function when guests are booking in. Staff were very pleasant and the vast majority of guests were considerate.
