Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, super friendly and a pleasure to speak to. I needed some goats milk storing in the fridge for a few days and I was able to keep it in the kitchen fridge. I didn't have breakfast on either morning as I had to leave before it was served but I was offered a packed lunch which I accepted although I didn't see anyone on the Saturday morning to collect it. However, this was not a problem for me. The room was homely and I liked the automatic bathroom light. I had an evening meal which was lovely. Very dog friendly with a nice walk very close by.

I could not get BBC 1 or 2 on my TV, which I did tell a lady who was unaware of it. Toilet seat is in desperate need of oiling! It was difficult to get out of the shower cubicle as it was narrow and I didn't want to slip.

Staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. Quiet room on top floor looking towards gardens. Optional breakfast suited us. Everything needed was in the room. Luxurious towels, heated towel rail, coffee machine and other extras all added to make lovely two nights.

Nothing really. No lift, but not a problem for us. Instructions from train station took us quite a long route - shorter options would have been better with small cases to trundle!

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff, beds were very comfortable, Great to have a bath as well as a shower. Great that there was conditioner as well as shampoo available in the bathroom. Would certainly stay there again!

Near the city centre. The street was rather quiet. The room was okay considering that there was a new bathroom and a mini fridge. The hotel was cute, not too crowded and easy to access.

The bedding was in bad shape, terribly uncomfortable. The isolation was so so... The room was very hot. The sofa was really dirty and the English Breakfast was quite "thin".

I arrived after 4pm and stated that I would be arriving between 3-4pm. the room was absolutely disgusting to be honest. it had not been cleaned from previous people. the bed was a mess and dirty.. the sofa was all pulled out there was dirty drink cans and rubbish. the toilet was shocking and still had urine inside with the seat up. the rug was very dirty and they had been using smart whip and also left 5-6 bottles behind. the towels was wet an dirty. basically the room hadn't been cleaned before I arrived to then complain to the host and be told sorry but leave the room and come back at 6pm agter I paod in full and stated my arrival time to them they failed to clean it. i had no choice but taoq apollo is not
