If you re looking for a place to stay in Lytham, look no further. No16 is spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is incredible, the moment you step into the property you know that you re going to have a great experience. Chris and Melanie were warm and attentive. There was always a place to park and the house is not a long way away from the city centre. The facilities were shared but since there were two showers and two toilets, it was not a problem. The staff was friendly and communicative.

You could hear everything from all around the house, so when the other travellers went down the stairs, it was too noisy to sleep. The neighbourhood was also a source of quite a lot of noise. The bed sheets had stains on them that made them look dirty.

The hotel is very charming and the staff super friendly. Location was perfect, 2-minute walk from Haymarket train and tram station which convenient public transportation access to the rest of Edinburgh as well as the airport.

My complaints are rather minor but nonetheless: Bathroom door couldn't close properly. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was rather loud. The room used an old key instead of keycard access, a bit of a hassle when compared to keycards and automatically locking doors.

Decent sized room and a good selection of hot drinks and biscuits. Free hot drinks in the bar as a hotel guest. Lovely pub with an improved breakfast menu.

Other hotel guests were very noisy late at night and into the early hours. Noise from outside was minimal due to triple glazing.

I expected a better range of breads. The cooked breakfast tasted as though it had been cooked a lot earlier and we were first down at 7.25

I not like because I not feeling security. The 2 single bedroom door not close this door have access to all building
