The hotel definitely lives upto its name, it is boutique, luxurious, comfortable, warm and a very friendly place to stay. Ruth the new owner made me feel extremely welcome and a special guest. The whole hotel is very high quality. The breakfasts were amazing and such a choice of different dishes, not just traditional cooked breakfast. The dining room overlooking the garden is so light and well set out, you feel as if you are sitting in the garden. My bedroom was lovely and comfy, great sleep in the bed and a very smart wc and shower, with high end toileteries. Every staff member was so friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was to much trouble. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Everything you could ask for and more. Such a personable stay and really made you feel at home in such a beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, we were showed around the property and invited to relax where we could use the lounge and main television. We were then showed to our bedroom where we were blown away by the features and fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and each morning Sheila couldn’t do enough for us. We would recommend to friends and family and will be staying again. Thank you.

A great apartment just a couple of minutes from the beach and about five minutes from the train station. It had everything we needed for our stay (although a second hand towel in the bathroom would have been good). Comfortable bed with two pillows each and more than enough drawer space for clothes. Separate kitchen with plenty of crockery. Fairly quiet considering how close to the main seafront road the apartment is. Unfortunately we had to leave early (due to illness) but would happily have stayed for longer.

The property was brilliant. From the welcome at reception on arrival to leaving, we had a great time. It was a hot weekend and we spent a few hours in the beer garden relaxing. The room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was very spacious with a good quality bath tub and efficient shower. The towels were good quality and everything was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was, there was not hand rail for getting in and out of the shower . The food was excellent.

It’s really classical accommodation with wood panelling and comfy seats. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and parking easy.
