  The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you, great choice at breakfast and very tasty, the homemade jam and marmalade were a very nice touch.

  The only things I say but these did not affect our stay in any way were - chipped crockery at breakfast Although clean a very creased shower curtain, which spoilt the look of a lovely bathroom( maybe a shower screen) The velvet trim on the base of the bed needs replacing with something better, due to the fact it kept falling down and showing a tried bed base , but like I said none of these affected our stay and we would return without hesitation

  The property was in a great location, the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a really good standard and as expected.

  There were a few things which would have made this place amazing, the place sleeps 8, but only 6 seats in dinning room and lounge. Also only very few mugs in the kitchen so we had to wash mugs every time we wanted a cup of tea. There were no instructions for appliances, was quite hot at night and the oven wasn’t straight forward. Very easily resolved and would have benefited our stay greatly.
