The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We liked the pine scented toiletries. Great shower! I wish we had had more time to try out the facilities on offer. The location also suited us as it was just a short walk from Paddington station.

It was exactly as described if not better. Hosts met us and gave us a great welcome. Perfect for staying with pets as it has an enclosed yard. Very cosy in a quiet area. Slept like a log. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Beautiful house, spacious , large bedrooms and great communal kitchen space to socialise with friends. The house was spotless, lovely bedding and comfy beds/pillows.

Area around hot tub bit overgrown and the temperature of the hot tub was 40 degrees and unbearable, we couldn't manage to adjust it.

Chris was very welcoming. We did have to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, but to be honest I wouldnt of been comfortable staying another night.

Ive never given a bad review, but unfortunately this did warrent it. Extremely limited on street parking, not advertised when booking. Neither was the train station. Had to park on a white line, as recommended by Chris, who said its only advusory, which we weren't to happy about. Paid car park is quite a walk away. On entering property, we had to take our shoes off as instructed in message prior to arrival, due to new light coloured carpet. We weren't too bothered by this, but when the hallway had a rather distinctive odour of feet and the Carpet didnt look particularly good, we wernt too impressed. Not a nice first impression. Our room was up two flights of stairs in the attic. Two velux wondows which you hit your head on if open, and room so hot they needed to be open. Because of being open, no privacy from neighbouring houses, in the bathroom or bedroom, and unable to shut the early morning light out. Property close to main train line so noisy at times. Bed linen looked like someting you'd put on your sons bed. Patterned and worn. Pillow slips ripped on edges. Property was very dusty. Fruit in bowl consisted of over ripe apples only,, soft and wrinkly. Toilet seat stained in various places, and shower curtain very mouldy at the bottom. Various notices to say what to do and dont do! Its like your really not welcomed! Sadly, the positive reviews I read prior to booking are nothing like what we found. We didnt have breakfast due to leaving early, only continental option, but we wouldnt have anyway. Such a shame!
