The location was central enough for our stay, pain to get a black cab (of all places), and had to walk 1/4 mile (4 times a day) to get one... Seems too too inconvenient for black cabs to stop nearby. Amazing Thai restaurant 3 minutes away. When contacting the 'Owner', they were quick to answer (always nice, but couldn't apprehend the issues). Honestly, a solid 5 to 6 out of 10. Needs a spruce up, a few issues discussed with owner who is 'Now on it' Don't let me put you off. This has amazing potential. Just feel their cleaning and maintenance staff need replacing.

Possibly had been a bit of a party prior to our arrival. Visible smoking in rooms not cleaned. Needs a better cleaner / prep prior to arrival. Not expecting a large bed in the living / dining room. Terrace area not usable as it caused complaints from upper areas at 8pm with literally whispered chats (it's an echo chamber) and so not usable. (Add the condition of chairs outside) Check out was at 11am, had cleaner staring into apartment from 10:30am or before making us uncomfortable and hindering our departure. In essence, it needs a pretty good clean, a spot of paint, kitchen hardware, and terrace furniture looked at. Bit of black mould in bathrooms could be addressed by cleaning staff. On arrival, we had to do a deep clean ourselves.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and when I didn't find the hairdryer in my room they brought one within a few minutes and were very polite when I realized this was my fault and the dryer had been in my room all the time

Good parking. Very central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not charged for disappointing main course ( a poor recipe) although I didn't make a fuss and their reaction was very good.
