Positive section of review
The Manager & all staff where friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent whilst sitting looking out at the Great Orme, pier, sea etc in dining room which was very nice, furnishing looked new as was the bar area the night before. The location is perfect to walk to the Theatre and walk on prom with dogs early morning, not far to walk to pier and shops either. Our bedroom was a good size, shower was also good size, water hot. Bedroom furniture was in good condition and solid, bed & pillows nice and comfy, slept well. The only downside is the walls and ceiling are in need of new plastering but room had been painted. Some TLC in wood and plastering outside and inside of hotel but overall that did not deter from the enjoyment of our stay.

A great welcome. The room was really good., Comfortable bed, quality bedding, loads of storage/wardrobes. The ensuite was very good with a great shower. The brekafasts were HUGE. The location and views are an absolute bonus. Away from the main town but within easy walking distance and several walks in the area. Kip Marina is a short stroll away as are other places of interest.

If I had to be absolutly, massively picky just to put something in here, the one slight negative was that the floorboards are pretty noisy both from the neigbouring room and elsewhere. When you are not used to a specific noise, it does make you focus in on it.

Jethin upgraded my room to a bigger bed as this was available. Staff are always smartly presented and friendly when I stay. Very friendly welcome and departure. The room was clean as always. Curtains made it really easy to sleep. Great stay as always.

Nothing much. When I stay in a city I only require a hotel room to be secure, clean and easy to sleep in. This hotel always has all 3 of those things.

No where to sit after 9pm when they close the bar. Dated decor in bedroom, bed seen better days. Cobwebs in several places and shower head was black.
