Amazing value for money for a very comfortable overnight stay. It's all "contactless" which I personally prefer, no fuss, just turn up, go to your spacious room and relax. Next morning set off with again, no fuss. Perfect for stopovers, or when you need a nice evening's rest. The touch of disposable toothbrush, and general toiletries is very welcome when you're on an overnight trip and don't want to carry your own toiletries.

It certainly isnt at Luton Airport. It is in Hightown about 5 minutes walk to the railway station and 10 minutes to the town centre. The area is a bit shabby but I didnt feel unsafe. Lots of nearby shops and takeaways. Restaurants in Luton or in Hightown (I went for a curry there, 12 mins walk)

Coming into the holiday park was tricky and at first we took the wrong turning... there was dark hairs on our pillows and a stain on main bedroom sheet the lights were overly bright could of done with a lamp or dimmer switch..we paid for a superior van and felt it was basic

I expected a nice stay and forfeited the location (out of Blackpool). It was dingy, with a poor 30min attempt at entertainment, extremely hard and uncomfortable bed, the clientele it attracts were noisy and drunk, fighting all night. I could go on.... I have low standards, but this place shut be shut down. Awful experience don't bother... Even my complaint response was full of excuses and lacked any responsibility. Even the 10% refund never came...

It would be easier to have an electronic key pad or lock to get the keys from the property rather than pick them up from a different location.

If you want to stay in a hotel based in the 70s this is the one also if you like people knocking on doors through the night definitely this is for you if you like your van getting broke in to also pick this place it looked more like the hunted inside the rooms I smoke and it stunk of it and also green if you know what that is never again I’d rather sleep in the van
