Positive section of review
The staff member checking me in was pleasant - very friendly and engaging. The bed/ mattress itself was firm but comfy. The carpet/ bedding/ towels etc were clean and fresh. The standard of decor was good, contemporary and the room I was in was very generously sized. The room was good value overall at just over £40.

There is a lot of black mould in the grout of the bathroom in room 106 which is most likely compounded by the fact that the extractor fans don’t work. Outside the front door is the kitchens along with a noisy extractor fan and noisy staff. The room lacked basics you’d generally expect to be provided - a litter bin for example. Whilst this is an economy room, a bin should be provided as standard. The window didn’t open and no fan - so in the summer that room would be horrific. The tap inside the toilet cistern was running/ dripping during the night which was a bit annoying. Oddly only 3 pillows on a double bed - not an issue but you’d expect both sides of the bed to have the same. Room which is accessible to literally anyone was unlocked on arrival - a bit disconcerting knowing that anyone could have walked in before I got there. Couldn’t mention this to staff at checkout as nobody was on reception - just a pile of keys. None of this would stop me from staying again, but there’s room for improvement and I hope this feedback is taken on board.

The beds were very comfy and very clean. The owners saw we brought a bottle of wine with us, so left some wine glasses. It's the little touches like that. Very knowledgeable. Free parking all around

It does say beach front, on the beach on booking.com but its a very short walk...one street away... But its still a walk carrying beach stuff etc. Beach is very close though and I don't think any of the properties can say beach front really.

It was convenient for a one night stay as it was close to Tottenham Stadium for an event. Oladele was excellent at communicating with us and was great to deal with. Reasonably priced

Bed in one room was broken, place was not as pictures as it wasn't as bright and airy as it looked. Quite dark and outdated.

Apartment was very spacious. It was modern and clean and very much as described. Very well equipped and everything worked ok.

Ventilation in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms was a bit limited with a skylight that only partially opened. Can imagine this room would be very warm in summer as it is a loft room. However was not a problem at this time of year, early May.

The windows didn’t close properly and weren’t double glazed, so the sound from the pub next door was really loud. There was a spring sticking out the bed which I scratched my leg on and the staff did not respond to my message. A terrible nights sleep and we felt the listing could’ve been clearer about the security deposit you’re required to pay prior to checking in
