Excellent location, we visited Brighton when it was rainy and fairly cold but the apartment soon warmed up and we felt quite cosy there. Well equipped too but i would have liked a couple of cushions and a throw/blanket in the living room, but thats a small matter! I appreciated my request of a hairdryer being left out too. Lots of shops/cafes nearby.

Superb place to stay, fabulous setting and amazing food. Very welcoming and the restaurant was fantastic. Room was comfortable, bright and clean. We will definitely return. Recommended!

Only issue was a personal issue to not being used to the traffic noise as rooms are on a main road. This will only affect people like myself who are not used to traffic noise.

There was an awful smell in the lounge/kitchen area, so bad we didn't want to eat in there and left a day early. The bed in one of the bedrooms had a broken leg, so the bed was lopsided, making it uncomfortable to sleep. I did report both issues, and Glenn responded really quickly and said he would send someone to investigate. It just would have been nice not to have had those issues, especially the awful smell. Very small lounge. The apartment we were in was on the ground floor on the street, so you couldn't open the blinds as everyone walking by would be able to see in but we were only there a few days and it smelt so bad we didn't want to be in those rooms anyway. I wouldn't say it was unclean more that the cleaning needed to be better, like the kitchen tap had gunk all around the spout.

There is carpet in the rooms and I am allergic to dust , also was in the basement rooms so there was a smell of humidity
