  The settings of this hotel are beautiful and very tranquil. The architect of the building is just absolutely amazing, however, the furniture and fixings are a bit tired looking and could be upgraded. This slightly negative remark about furniture would definitely not stop me from returning because my overall visit was so relaxing and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Finally, the food was great but service was a bit slow but extremely friendly. I'll be back.

  This was our third stay at this property, we were disappointed to be put on the third floor for a 7 night stay and rang to enquire about a change of room. this request was accommodated. The new room had the bed against the wall which was not ideal.

  Breakfast was good although a bit pricey at £14. Hotel was clean and tidy and is obviously undergoing a refurbishment so the standard will only improve. Around 10mins walk to NEC which is what we were there for. Would definitely stay again.

  Check-in was from 2pm however my room wasn’t ready until closer to 3pm. They make a big thing that you have to book the pool and can only use it for an hour, however when we stayed the staff at the pool didn’t check our names or room numbers so it was just a pointless phone call we had had to make 24hrs in advance.

  Location was good, close enough for a quick bus or uber into the Hyde Park area.

  Being renovated, badly. Building materials everywhere, made it hard to get to your room. Everything just being painted over to look clean. Stunk of paint fumes. Guy at the front desk looked like a wanna be gangster. I did not feel comfortable and couldn't wait to leave. I kept my suitcase locked even in the room.
