It’s worth the price. The location is very good. Check in is even earlier than expected. And the hotel have a locker where you can put your things for safe keeping even after your check out which makes us happier as we can still roam around the city before we leave.

Pillows smells damp even the room and corridor. Looks like the rug haven’t been cleaned for the long time.

Good welcome. Loved the room. Clean. Comfortable. Good toiletries. Excellent homemade biscuits. Dinner in the bar was most enjoyable. Good food. Prompt service. Breakfast was outstanding value for money. All staff efficient, helpful and pleasant.

Stay was exceptional, I was heavily pregnant and was made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the staff. Marriana checked us in and was incredibly friendly and ensured we had a fantastic stay.

Value for money could have been better in the Resturant, we had a dinner of two burgers with soft drinks and fries and paid about £50 for this, was a little disappointed for the quantity and quality recieved. Would in future go to one of the nearby restaurants instead. However, breakfast at the hotel was incredible value and outstanding quality, so felt like that made up for it.

The restaurant was very disappointing.we used the restaurant on first evening & we ordered food only mains & had to wait an hour for it to arrive cold. Burger for my daughter was cold and very dry the cheese didn’t even stick to the meat . Flat iron steak was cold and tough , I was expecting a lot more from a Hilton hotel .

The room was tiny ..I have never had a room this size anywhere and I have used lots of hotels in my lifetime. I felt claustrophobic the whole time I even had difficulty entering the room with a mid size suitcase. Would not stay again .

Very tired decor, as soon as we walked into the building it smelt old and musty. Since our Last visits, the rooms have been reconfigured. Our room in particular was very small. The tea making facilities were on the window ledge. We had two hangers only with no other space for our clothes.
