We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Modern, very clean, comfortable, and good looking hotel; excellent value for money. The room was large, beds comfy, and it was clean and quiet. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to wish my Mum a happy birthday and organised a surprise for her. Communication was great, the location was convenient, and breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel, and the breakfast. I look forward to coming back again soon.

  There were a lot of stairs and no lift, which makes it difficult if you have a heavy suitcase, as you have to take it up lots of steps. The room window could not be opened to allow a bit of fresh air in. There was no air con or fan in the room, so it can be a bit uncomfortable if it’s a hot day.

  Great location, loved the huge bay window looking out at the Sound of Kerrera, just like the photos. Very easy booking and checkin with good communications with the hosts. Bed was comfortable and hosts provided some drinks and breakfast items in the fridge.

  The hotel was lovely inside, comfortable and very clean and tidy. Polite and friendly staff as well as being excellent for accessing the railway station.

  Unfortunately the local nightlife made sleeping really difficult. I was booked in for one night and was awake until 4:00 / 4:30am trying to sleep, ultimately achieving only 3 hours of sleep at best. There was a consistent buzzing noise coming from somewhere inside the room... I'm unsure what the source of the noise was. I used the iron but the iron or the iron board got black marks on my shirt which I had to scrape off with my fingers without damaging the fabric of the shirt as it wouldn't come off very easily.

  I booked the hotel because it listed air conditioning. Too late on the first night found it didn’t work. Duvet was heavy weight so removed from cover but room far too warm. Very little sleep ahead of Ride London the following day. Not good. Complained at reception following morning. Apparently air con is ‘centrally controlled’ and not turned on!! Trades description!! Was promised a fan. Not in the room on our return. Had to chase twice more. A ‘cooler’ was provided instead. Needed to be on maximum to get even any coolness, and was so noisy it kept waking me up even wearing earplugs. At the price we paid, I expected what was advertised. Ambient lighting in bathroom was on a new level. How are women supposed to do makeup etc?
