We ordered breakfast in our room as we had an early flight, it never arrived we were nearly late waiting for it! We cancelled and left hungry! The room a twin room was on the ground floor, perfect for my elderly father, but the beds were ridiculously large and left little room around them, some people I guess like this but there was only one uncomfortable chair so my father had nowhere comfy to sit and when we had supper in our room I had to neal at the table to eat it! Supper was generous portions and ok quality but quite expensive. I would vote for smaller beds and 2 more comfortable chairs, not everyone can sit on the bed comfortably. The staff were very helpful in reception but whoever organises breakfast needs a wake up call! The hotel is super convenient for the airport and the special assistance met us in the lobby which was brilliant! So our experience was mixed.

Perfect location within walking distance to theatres, covent garden etc Free cheese and wine on Saturday night was an added bonus. Good value hot drinks and alcoholic drinks, especially cocktails cheaper than bars 10 minutes away.

The lady who was running the breakfast was rushed off her feet but was always polite and friendly and really really tried her best. The cleaners for the room were great as well.

Where to start!! No draught lager when we arrived, it was like they couldn’t afford to stock up the bar! Some of our group had to be put in another hotel due to double booking, the hotel they were put in was so bad they wanted to go home and some were in tears! Lucy did try her best to sort them out and did more them for the second and third night but maybe doing some research into the other hotel would have prevented this?? The rooms were dated and the beds would benefit from a mattress topper! First breakfast was dirty tables, no toast as the toaster kept setting the fire alarm off, we had to ask for plates and the food was slow coming for the buffet and was luke warm, when asked if we could have scrambled eggs instead of the under cooked fried eggs we were told the chef can only do fried eggs?? Which culinary school were they trained in!? We were booked in for evening meal which we didn’t attend as this experience put us off! I have a condition like ms and walk with a stick there was no lift and when we arrived we were give a room on the second floor, surely upon looking at my stick the man on reception should have enquired if I was ok with the stairs?? And could have offered me a ground floor room? All in all it’s not the worst hotel I’ve stopped in (Blackpool has worst B @ Bs 🤣🤣) but it’s definitely up there!!

Everything. I think there is CCTV camera / a hidden mic in the apartment… felt we were being watched. Management is awful. Calling every 10 minutes to see if we were happy… sometimes you just want to relax? There was no hand soap and no breakfast tea. We arrived at 5pm and the cleaner was still cleaning. 2 hours after the check in time. Absolutely appalling. Trying to get back my £250 refund deposit and claim 1 night back due to poor management. My advice don’t book.
