Lucie's escape was immaculate, very comfortable and more spacious than we expected. Our stay was very pleasant, and the site staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The little shop on site is also reasonably priced with the essentials that you might need. There are a few lakes that are available for fishing, we didn't fish but had a slow stroll around them. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. There is parking right besides the decking so it's easy to unload. It's just a shame we only had 4 days. You won't be disappointed with Lucie's Escape.

Lovely hotel with a lift ( which really helps!) Great location, around the corner from the Main Street. The hotel itself has a lovely outside area to sit and soak up the sun…! The hotel itself has a conservatory where u can sit and eat breakfast and a bar for evening drinks! Prices are reasonable as well which is pretty unusual these days. The owner and staff were lovely, always ready to help.

Nothing! But just a couple of “suggestions” - The shower could do with a hand rail as it’s quite a step up into it ( well our shower was anyway!). A full length mirror would be nice.

At the reception they were very welcoming. Our room was ready, even though we were there very early. Clean room. Nice breakfast. You can walk from Paddington station or take the tube if you want. It is close by either way. We forgot something in our room when we checked out. After contacting they send it by mail to our home adress. Very much appreciated!

I am sorry to say but the beds are really horrible. Way to hard! But it could easily be fixed with some kind of topper. The staff in the breakfast room work really hard, but they should ask guests if they would like anything to order extra for breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausages.

Great location on waterfront. Huge back bedroom room at very good price. Decent shower. Lovely breakfast. Town centre car park one minute's walk away. Easy online booking and check-in. Cute bar at front of hotel. Slightly older style room but very quiet and cosy. Tv in bedroom.

The lodge itself was great & all the little touches like the funky pictures & lighting was fab!! The little touches like bread & milk on arrival was fab!! The outside space is amazing & really well finished & includes everything you need ☺️

The only small issues were that the toilet seat needs fixing & also slightly gutted that the neon lights in the living room weren’t working for our stay, which having spoke to the host he explained they were having some electrical issues, but not a big issue overall. The outside beams could do with a brush down but everything else was spotless!!

The room was beautiful, very high ceilings and has it's own little garden which we would have enjoyed if the weather had been better! Located in the village which is very small but has nice walking routes.
