Susan kindly provided us a travel cot. Tea & coffee was provided and shampoo & conditioner which was great as we flew over. The apartment was super close to the station so very handy and good value for money. Bed was comfy.

The property is down a narrow set of steps so is tricky to navigate with a baby. We could hear every word of conversation at about 12am from the flat above one evening (only for a short time). The second night we heard nothing though.

There was nothing to like about the hotel, and the atmosphere was dire. The reception was like a ghost house, apart from the nice attendance.

The room looks tired, as the decor has seen better days. The toilet was dingy and had no space to manoeuvre. There was no wardrobe for hanging clothes, and towels were too small. There is no car park, and the only available space to park your car is literally for four vehicles, for which you get charged £10 per night. There is no apparent light in the bathroom either. They provided a room with a view but no seats on the balcony to sit down and take in the view.

Great convenient location and a decent price. Rooms are comfy and clean.

Car park situation isn’t great. I wasn’t able to find a space but couldn’t exit the car park without getting the code for the gate which meant leaving my car blocking the road. I understand why this is done but it’s not ideal. There was no way to contact reception by phone or intercom from the gate.
