  After a booking snafu with a third party site, I found myself at another hotel in the area with no place to stay after a long and exhausting flight. Easy had a room available and I was able to book it and check in almost immediately. The room was simple and basic but clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located for business meetings that I was conducting while in the area. It was a very short walk to the tube station and bus stops making getting around easy. There were also some great restaurants in the area. The staff on duty was helpful and able to answer questions and very friendly. The rooms are very small - but I was really only in it to sleep and it served the purpose for an affordable price. London is very expensive and it was nice to find a room in a modern space that didn't break the bank.

  It is a budget hotel and there are no "extras". There is nothing to set luggage on but it served my purpose with a comfortable bed and a clean, quiet room.

  We had a one night stay at this neat as a pin traditional guesthouse. Warm and generous hospitality from everyone we encountered. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Excellent communications with the owner and they were happy for us to bring a picnic dinner as they are a little out of the way. Lovely stay.

  The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was basic in its appearance, although it did have most of the basics, such as tea/coffee, hair dryer, wifi etc.

  There were a couple of practical items missing, such as a towel rail and a shelf within the shower to put shampoo and shower gel on.

  Very comfortable bed, the best nights sleep ive had in a long while. A very warm welcome with help to park the car in a very busy car park.

  Would of liked to have breakfast within the price for what it cost for a night but I wouldn't like that to take away how comfortable the place was, I was still very happy with my stay and it was made very clear before I booked that breakfast wasn't included.

  Location was fantastic, beds were comfy including the sofa bed (just a little noisy outside), apartment very clean

  The only bathroom was an en-suite so those in the main bedroom were disturbed every time someone else needed a wee. We booked for 6 guests but towels were not provided for the two of us using the sofa bed
