Room was excellent , comfy bed and good size bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen an unexpected bonus . Breakfast was simply too busy , so queue,s were massive and blocked by people hogging the food station while waiting for food trays of hot food to be replenished from the kitchen , many people would have been able to be get the food even with one item ie bacon missing . Due to the constant blockage and lack of effective staff process to replenish food when needed the food on the whole was cold .The design of the food area is very poor for the volume of people having breakfast . Also seemed to be no management on the floor to effectively manage the area. The venue is close walking distance and tram stop for the new Coop Arena and when you return from the concert would have been good to have a bar open past 10 pm , you had the staff as over staffed with two people on reception . You must be missing a good revenue stream !!

Relaxing stay in lovely traditional pub full of character with natural woodland gardens by the River Wye. Apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable, attractive decor & well equipped. Perfect for 4 people. The pub served great food and there were fantastic views.

Fantastic location, very central. Comfortable property, very nicely designed and fitted out. Handy to be able to park a car onsite.

Check in instructions inaccurate and incomplete. It talked about property key in lock box and gave code for lock box. In fact it was a keyless property. I had to phone agency to clarify that and also get code for pedestrian door on Blake Street. The person I spoke to Emily was very helpful and quickly provided the right information and code for Blake Street. Hopefully the instructions will be amended for others. Mattress a little soft.

The room was very tired looking and in need of some tlc. I paid £10 for breakfast and was looking forward to it in the morning, but it certainly wasn't what I expected. No sign of any fruit juice, cereal or anything. I was eventually offered a full English breakfast, which seemed to be the only choice available. When I asked if I could get a coffee, it was as if no one had ever asked for such a thing before. I was given a latte...not my preferred choice of coffee, but felt lucky to have got something. I'm glad I was only there for the one night. I wouldn't stay again.

It’s very tired. Rooms look dark and dismal Carpets look old. Furniture looks old. Bathroom awkward and old fittings Best thing was location but definitely not worth the price. Would not stop again
