The property had near by parking. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a really good view. Free mini bar. We want to shout out to the night manager Toloue who gave our little a little souvenir for her to play with.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was extremely convenient for the train and inside was quiet with friendly staff and the location was perfect for exploring Swansea.

Extreme road noise with heavy traffic giving way to what sounded like street racing later. The plumbing is unpredictable, having to run the water for ever until it’s cool enough to brush your teeth with and doesn’t keep an even temperature when you’re having a shower.

The place was really easy to find, with good instructions from the host, and clear guidance re finding the key. The bed was super comfy.

I agree with other guests, the sofa really wasn’t comfy at all, not somewhere you could come back to and chill out, particularly with a random filing cabinet in the downstairs space. The downstairs also felt cold although think this was in part because of the tiled floor. We were able to put the heating on though. Kitchen supplies were a bit basic with lots of odd bits and bobs in the cupboards that weren’t really of use.

Bar and games room advertised - was shut Staff not welcoming, tried to have a chat but wasn’t reciprocated Hotel very dated and dirty ( mould in the shower, drawing on the walls, smell Of wet dogs when used the bathroom sink, curtains didn’t fit the window length to keep the sun and privacy out Yes it was very cheap but expected when you run a business you expect a warm welcome and cleanliness, was promised special Request of the room decorated to get there to nothing. Very disappointed!

We had to change rooms as the remote wouldn't work in the first room. The first room we were in had a hideous bathroom that looked to have been in the middle of renovations. The skirting boards were all black and the walls were dirty. The room we were moved to was a small improvement but still the skirting boards were filthy, the bathroom had a broken sink and dirty shower. As well as that there was cobwebs on the ceilings of the room and the windows were all dirty around the edges.
