Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Amazing place. Exactly as it was described, very clean, spacious and in the most amazing location! He host is very responsive and helpful. The place is well kept and a perfect getaway. A short walk to everything. Communication was great with Nathalie, check-in was seamless. I wish I could extend my stay but I am looking forward to coming back. I would definitely recommend and will return to the same place when I go back to London.

  Only stayed 1 night but it was ideal for our requirements. As we came up from Plymouth and our daughter & son in-law came down from Wetherby for our gradchildren's christening. Perfect location and with public car park very close by. Rooms were very comfortable with ensuite facilities. Breakfast was good and the service was spot on. Will definitely come back again when coming to Hereford to visit our son and family.

  Wasn't mad about the breakfast. Lots of choice which was great, good menu choices but the quality wasn't always there. Plenty of very dried out croissants!

  The quiet location. Bedroom layout. Breakfast choice. After a call to the hotel, they provided the milk my Granddaughter needs.

  communication. I expect to be asked if I want to make a dinner reservation, not having to ask myself and then having to ask where the restaurant was. There was no information about breakfast times, I had to look on the website to find out. I asked if they could refreeze some cooler blocks as my Granddaughter had medication that needed to be kept cool. I was told no they couldn't but I could have a bucket off ice, not a lot of help when I needed to take the medicine out with me during the day. My solution was to ask for my water bottle to be filled with ice, to put in the cool bag during the day. It took the waitress, in the evening, 10 minutes to realise my Granddaughter was a child and I may want the childrens menu. I asked for the allergy book to check the food that my Granddaughter could eat but it wasn't up to date and contained dishes that weren't even on the menu. Although stated on the website, there wasn't a hairdryer in the room.

  Unclean. It was a nightmare to get a good room. Although I booked a sea view room, I did not get a sea view room. Reception staffs were not courteous. There is no room service during the stay. There is no free wifi.

  Dirty room . Blood . Snot makeup in pillows . Urine stained bedding and duvet covers like really bad 👎 also looks like blood stains . Poo all up back toilette 😐 1 big towers one face towel left for me and partner Work top area white substance. Looked like drugs all top had ring marks and was sticky from last tenants When I complained they egbored me refused resolve issue I had complain through booking.com wich told me they could not do anything or refund me because booking .com if 3rd party site . Silver street wished me good luck on trying get it resolved . The cheek
