- “Everything was amazing and I would totally recommend. The house has loads of space inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a washing machine and small dishwasher. Upstairs is a great space with a large bed, loads of storage, modern bathroom and lovely balcony facing the harbour. There’s water, coffee and basic supplies provided, Efthymios picked up and dropped off for the ferry plus he helped arrange a hire car and provided maps and advice. The sea, port and shops are very close and Chora and beyond a short drive. All in all it was perfect and I loved my stay.”

  I loved everything about the property and the location. It is well located within 7 minute walk from the rail station and also adjacent to the bus terminus - both of which were invaluable to me. I loved that I could walk down the hill to the very busy town in about 5 minutes to access great restaurants but was so happy to return back to the quietness of my retreat! From my room I looked over the water in two directions from my room - the Harbour and the bay. My room was decorated with a beautiful beach vibe, as shown in the photos. I loved heading down to breakfast each morning and enjoying looking over the Harbour as I worked out which delicious choice to enjoy. My only regret is that I wasn’t staying longer! If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, with readily accessible access to the great bus routes around Cornwall (I didn’t have a car so that was important) then this is the place to stay!

  Good quality bedding, towels, comfy mattress, hot shower, shower pressure is good, good kitchen utensils, overall is very clean. Surrounding is quiet and we all slept well. We don't want big caravan site with entertainment or lots of facilities.

  The bed in particular was very comfortable and the whole apartment itself was clearly kept to a high standard, plus the interior itself was lovely and clean. We also appreciated the information booklet provided as it made our stay more convenient.

  Great location, easy walking to railway station, restaurants and shops. Meals in the bar were nice, the included breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful, we could leave bags before check in and the lift to upper floors was good.

  The location is excellent, by the Braydford, easy to get around Lincoln from. The room was spacious and the bed was big. It was clean and well presented. Nice welcome from the staff with warm cookies on arrival.

  The price did not include parking which I thought was a bit rubbish as really it is only £16 but for guests coming to stay and using the hotel it should be free. Annoyingly the curtains did not close enough and so in the morning with the specific location of the window adjacent to the bed, it meant that sunlight shone on my face in the morning, waking me up.

  best we have ever stayed in. even to arrival suppled of bread , butter , bottle of wine etc.
