The location of the hotel is top tier! It’s just 5 minutes from Waterloo station from where you can go wherever you want by tube or train but also by foot you can reach many great places. Directly in the street are really nice bars and restaurants and there is little to no car traffic in the street itself. The room was clean and modern, the AC/heating worked very well, the room even had a little pantry kitchen, a safe, an iron and a hair dryer. The bathroom was (if you know UK bathrooms) huge. The 1£ coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good! We could leave our bags upon arrival until check-in, a parcel I had ordered was just like bags brought to our room and upon departure we still had time left and could leave the bags again until we had to take the train.

All in all everything was good, but the toilet paper wasn’t restocked every time the room service came and the towels weren’t always exchanged though placed on the floor to indicate we’d like new ones. BUT after we told our wishes to the staff it was taken care of our needs straight away without any frowning or flinching. So despite these minor “complaints” we’d recommend a stay there and come again as well! (Info for noise sensitive people: as it is located in a Main Street with shops and bars around, it might get a tiny little bit noisy at night and in the morning by when the streets are cleaned and the supermarkets get their restock)

Everything was good. However tge deluxe room with double bed wasn't very comfortable due to two beds put together. We kept rolling to the middle. I personally felt the pillows were too soft

It was a nice cosy cabin, local to shops and a quick voi away from the centre. It has a lovely little market nearby and places to get drinks throughout the day. Parking outside was a major help.

The back gate would not unlock. However, we didn't really go out too late. The cutlery and crockery were dirty and had to be rewashed. The bunk beds had splits and not the most safe. No wifi nearby, as the add suggested. The hot water ran out quickly, and there was no tes or coffee as suggested. The tumble drier was full when we got there. Blinds were broken in the living room and bedroom, so they did not feel like much privacy, and the cabin was not soundproof, as suggested. We stayed during the week so it was not too loud.

Easy to walk to from the station, about 15 mins. Its a fuss-free establishment and everything you need is available.

No local eateries - but city centre has loads if you want to walk back in. The breakfast is like a basic lunch sack you take back to your room. A pastry, yoghurt, apple and juice carton. Room has a kettle with tea and coffee etc. Its fine as you can also take it in your bag for later if you want.
