  Location was excellent 2 to 3 minutes walk at you were at the river looking at Westminster and Big Ben , on excellent bus routes and and not far from a choice of underground’s. Walk to local shop easy to find and Tesco express 5 minutes away and local grocery just before that. Was in a quiet place overlooking a park, all we could hear was the odd train. For London it was excellent value with room to spread out.

  It'd a great location, with a lively neighbourhood & 2 minutes walk to the Tube station, with a Boots & Co-Op just round the corner. . Staff efficient, friendly & willing to go the extra mile. They are presented professionally & wear appealing uniforms. Nice, all you can eat buffet breakfast, pleasant lobby & impressive exterior facade. Morning newspapers provided free for guests.

  The problems are the usual London Hotel ones- access to the Reception area is steps only, so if you have weighty luggage that's a last difficult hurdle- a ramp wld help. This particular lift is only a 2 person size- & that's with no luggage! Luckily the staff offer to bring yr bags up or downstairs. I had requested ( & paid for) a double room but the bed was right up against the wall and the bathroom was tiny. I am petite, yet trying to manoeuvre within the wedge shaped cubicle was an issue, as were the all black handles, which were initially difficult to navigate. WiFi connectivity kept dropping out & needed to be signed in for regularly. This could be a locality problem, however, but was frustrating.

  Fantastic location of the hotel . I love this countryside setting as I absolutely love hiking . It is very close to the Cornhill Castle as we attended the wedding ceremony. The room was very spacious and clean with good amenities. Everything one may need . Beautiful restaurant reasonably priced meals . Perfect

  I love this place! The room was small but functional with the most amazing view over the harbour. Breakfast is outstanding, as well as the service. I ended up watching the Euros with some of the staff and had a great time. They are beyond lovely and helpful! I look forward to my next visit!

  The views are incredible and one’s you could never tire of. The surrounding area is also very quiet.

  The varying floor heights and change in flooring within the building are a trip hazard and were a constant worry for my elderly mother. The top floor is lovely but the stairs (coming down in particular )are scary and feel unsafe. The centre stairs would also benefit from a hand rail.
