It was all very basic, but cheap. My one complaint was if it was not for speaking to the cleaner I would not know where to find the reception staff, I would recommend you put a sign with contact number or where to knock! The room was clean, had what you needed, but as I say very basic, but we were not expecting the Ritzz.

On arrival no reception staff and no sign to tell you who to call or where to knock. The only godsend was a cleaner outside and they said where to knock, otherwise I would have been stood around for ages.

Set in own grounds and don’t hear road traffic overnight. Bedroom well decorated, as rest of property. Restaurant food was delicious. Good menu selection allowed for different meal selection each night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked relaxed dining experiences. Will certainly stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good view of the beach and the sea. Good breakfast. Convenient location to travel to Gorey and St Helier. M&S food shop just a few minutes walk away.

The location is good enough. View of the water is nice. Pretty good breakfast, need to make sure it’s stocked at all times.

The beds sucked. Way too soft. The rooms are cold and the thermostat is blocked from going above 20, which is cold in London.

Mainly due to our ages, we found the bed being enclosed by walls on both sides quite restricting and awkward to get out in the night. Nowhere for book or reading glasses either. Maybe a couple of net pockets attached to the walls either side?

The room was spacious and comfortable. The interior decorations of the common parts are fun.

The fact that there were no staff at all. One of the window controls in the bedroom (11) did not work, and the shower control seemed to be temperamental. The Netflix connection on the TV did not work. The kitchen/dining room is soulless.
