  Lovely staff - very friendly. Delicious breakfast - very tasty - great array of options, nice and fresh. Lovely little pool - enjoyed a splash - clean changing rooms and lockers working well. Great to have the gadget to dry swimsuits. Comfy beds - slept very well Excellent blackout curtains - made me want to improve my own at home :-) Excellent cleanliness - only exception is one point made below Dietary considerations were visible and varied - thank you for providing oat milk as well as the bog standard alternative - soy milk

  Dripping shower in room 20 and the shower curtain reeked of mustiness. I don't like being called "my lovely" though. I must admit this seems to be a trend everywhere. Also, please consider a sheet of insulating material/polystyrene - something - between the adjoining doors if not in use. Through the adjoining door area, sound were drifting in that I was glad my son couldn't hear while he was in the shower. Room service trays not collected frequently enough. Seeing trays overflowing with empty beer cans the next (Saturday) morning since the night before still there at 12:30 was an unpleasant sight, and let the place and clearly hardworking staff down a little. Seemed like a process glitch - as if it fell between role responsibilities and was not prioritised. Coffee really needs improvement - seriously - it was not great. Next door guests smoking on their balcony meant we could not open our balcony doors at times. I didn't realise smoking was allowed. No privacy between balconies - a little greenery would be nice.

  Lovely small property but fine for us. Beautiful location, easy access to walks for our dog, nice village pub with friendly staff and locals, handy well stocked, village shop. Lady who owns property happened to be there and was very welcoming.

  Nothing. One improvement would be the addition of a full length mirror. Other than that had lovely touches such as provision of milk coffee tea bags salt and pepper which was much appreciated. The only other thing would be a sign on the garden gate “keep closed” as when other visitors turned up it was being left open and we had our dog with us and whilst always on lead still a risk of escape.
