Sharon was very welcoming. Her attention to detail was excellent!! Property in gated community.... Quiet, safe, view over the creek! Breakfast included home made jams + marmalade, freshly baked croissants and fresh fruit+ coffee... so good!! Walkable to local Taverna for Mexican food or fish+chips beyond that... 15mins to town centre, 4mins in car! Wud recommend CreekSide b+b in Faversham. We visited friends there + experienced the markets, local music + went to Canterbury Cathedral, about 6 miles away... Not to mention the local beers made by Shepherd Neame in Faversham... Very popular!! 😜

Very spacious house, well equipped and perfectly located in the centre of Brodick. The house was very clean and tidy. Check in was quick and easy using a key box with a code. We had a great time there with our dog :)

The hotel is above the restaurant. The facilities are very nice, and the staff is very helpful. There is no water or coffee machine in the room, but I get the water from the fridge outside in the breakfast area.

The grounds and pool were amazing, so beautifully kept. Breakfast was excellent and loads of choice. Shuttle bus into St Helier was a bonus.

They emailed me a day before we were meant to arrive asking for a £200 damage deposit to be transferred into one of their bank accounts. We had booked three apartments so that was £600 which was three quarters of what we paid for all the apartments together!

Beds hard, pillows flat, room windows not sound proofed could hear everything from outside, tatty furniture dark wood. Breakfast staff forgetful, not much choice no vegan options, no alternatives to dairy milk… had to keep requesting oat milk which they didn’t have. limited and not enough choice of continental items only croissant, cereal or mixed fruit. Not enough glasses, etc semi buffet semi table service was very confusing nothing explained. Kept waiting for table and in between ordering. It was also a bank holiday weekend, they didn’t seem prepared for amount of people and alternatives…
