Very convenient location for Manchester Victoria and the arena. Staff were friendly and welcoming as we checked in. The room, while on the first floor, was quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice enough and not too busy when we arrived at 7:15am

Location is very central for an easy walk into Inverness Centre. Parking at hotel. Bed and room very comfortable and we had a castle view. Excellent breakfast choice and lovely staff.

Floors very squeaky throughout the bedrooms no one there to help with breakfast had to go to the bar and ask where things were could not find any cereals and most of all no fruit juice

I don’t like staff. Especially on reception. When I asked a staff women and a man in reception they were rude to me and treated me like I’m a stupid and don’t understand anything. I will never come back to this hotel again.
