The price is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy, not so small and apparently recently renewed. Tea, coffee and boiler. Had a generally nice stay! Good value for money not that far from city center

The rooms were immaculate. Must be newly done as they were spotless. Lovely. The location was also very convenient.

Parking was a nightmare. We were lucky to get a good spot where we were not boxed in by other customers, but the parking does not work.

The hotel location was excellent, very close to Hyde Park.

We arrived at 7:30 pm, and the room was not ready. This was unknown to the front desk staff. Apparently it was a room that another couple vacated at the last minute. It turns out that construction was going on across the street, which starts around 8:30 am. The room was very small, the shower door doesn’t open all the way, and the sink is poorly designed, potentially safety hazard.
