  Really easy to access, private parking bay is perfect, ideal location - great walking g distance to the city centre. The apartment is well equipped and felt like a home from home. It is exactly what we needed for our visit and is on my favourite list for future.

  Breakfast prepared to order and well presented, location was perfect within easy reach of local transport that with a bit of planning can take you to most of the lakes beauty spots, a bus pass proved to be a real bonus. Free parking on site a perfect addition.

  The staff on reception and in the restaurant were really pleasant and helpful. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The room was a really nice size, with plenty storage .

  The mattress was really uncomfortable and the bathroom was too small. There was quite a bit of dark mould around the bath.

  Advertised and booked as including breakfast. The breakfast menu seemed extensive but was totally inflexible, and any drinks, i.e., a cup of tea, had to be paid for on top. The omelette was nice, but I couldn't have beans unless I paid extra for them. Very peculiar.

  The staff and overall stay was fantastic , it was very unfortunate there was an electrical issue with the wire on the free standing lamp and I got an electric shock , which did upset me , I reported it to reception, it deal with the issue . Housekeeping , was very accommodating and efficient, in helping me .
