  Rooms do not have aircon so could be uncomfortable when hot. There was an occasion when the housekeeper made up room forgot to replenish tea but this was sorted when I spoke to reception. Some staff in the pub side did not inform me that I receive discount on food when staying at hotel or found out afterwards that discount was not applied. Make sure you request this.
