Amazing breakfast plenty of choice. Location perfect for the airport. Bed was really comfortable. As we didn’t arrive until very early hours we were extremely tired but our room snd paperwork was ready for us to be able to get straight to bed. Our check out time was extended to 12 midday to enable us to have a decent amount of sleep- the staff on reception were so welcoming at 3.30 in the morning-thank you.

Very convenient for public transport, just minutes away from Hammersmith station and Shepherd’s Bush. The staff was friendly and very helpful, accommodated all my requests and allowed us to check in late without surcharge. Beds were comfortable and from our room (ground floor, number two) you couldn’t hear the street noise, so we could rest well at night.

In the shower, the water took a while to warm up, but it wasn’t a big issue and it was nice and hot when you got in!

Lovely hosts that made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. We had a very comfortable stay in the super Lavender room. The breakfast was excellent. Cooked breakfast while we had our fresh fruit and cereals. Would highly recommend. Thank you

The room didn’t match the online photos , our room 205 was a triangular shaped room which was very small , struggled to walk round bed , and the drain smell from bathroom was awful had to keep the door shut , so no not good but ABBA was great !!

Absolutely shocking customer service. They won’t get back to me about my stay on booking.com or through direct email. Bathroom was dirty, mirror not cleaned. toilet didn’t flush so then we had to go downstairs to use the toilet in reception as we were a family of 4 staying in one room. That toilet also didn’t flush. We informed night staff and staff in the morning. The tv was also infront of the sofa bed not the double bed so you couldn’t actually watch tv in bed as it did not tilt in the direction either. My family and I have been staying at this hotel multiple times each year but will not be returning.
