Staff were amazing both Fiona and the woman with blue hair were so helpful and kind. The living rooms were bright and homely. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The location, spot on.

Our room could have done with a coat of paint and a full length mirror. Better drainage for the shower. New bed linen perhaps.

Not much variety included in breakfast for the price. Had to pay extra for anything continental. Our room didn’t have hand soap when we arrived and had to request it.

When we arrived, mid-evening, the restaurant had already finished serving. In the morning, no breakfast was available until 12 noon!! Really annoying lack of privacy as the sounds from the adjoining rooms came through. We had booked 3 rooms and they were all the same - we could hear conversations very clearly through the walls, even the people they were calling on their phones could be heard on speakerphone. Two of our group sharing a twin room were bullishly approached by someone from their adjoining room about keeping their voices down while talking normally, yet THEIR voices were ALSO coming through the walls.

The location,it was close to everything,The staff was pleasant.

The first day we on arrival was put into an extremely dirty room which was dull of dead flys all over the floor and window sill.We was then moved to another room which was clean but smaller and alot hotter than previous room.The window could barely open,it felt like we was in a sauna. Paid £17.50 for a buffet which was barely much option and on the last night the fire alarm kept going off constantly which interrupted My sleep.
