It's a beautiful family run hotel in a lovely location, Dave and Mel the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay, felt like home from home we were so comfortable there, the grounds were very pretty and have a cute outside seating with each table having a heater. The breakfast was 10/10 and will definitely stay again, and thank you so much for making us so welcome, Angie Darren Julie Barry xx

Nice and very clean house with spacious bedrooms and a kitchen with all the cooking equipment and a leaving room to relax after a wandering in Belfast. The check-in information was very very precise, so we found it very easy and made check-in in just a minute. It's very close to the city centre, which you can reach it by foot.

Facilities and breakfast were as anticipated at an IHG hotel - having used a group hotel previously. Location was chosen as close to the Funeral which we were attending.

The only positive is the location. Reasonably quiet street only moments away from the train station.

We booked for 3 adults and there was only 2 of everything, (although my request for an extra set was granted quickly) there was no toaster, no tea towel, the cooktop didn't work, no broom or dustpan to give it a quick sweep, the main shower head was split at the seam and couldn't be used, was a very muggy room, only had one roll of loo paper for 3 people for 4 nights, the crockery and cutlery were filthy and the floor could have used a good sweep. I feel for the money we paid I expected it to be like the photos. It fell very short of our expectations. Disappointed.
