The room was extremely comfortable and was good location to what were doing (Thorpe Park!). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to have dinner at the pub and it was incredible. Then the breakfast which was included in the stay was amazing, had the salmon and scrabbled eggs on toast which went down a treat. Defintely come back again

. Clean. Relieved there were extra blankets. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Internet worked well. Adequate selection of choice for breakfast. The house keeper was pleasant. Well located next to a nice hotel with a restaurant. Interesting walking oath closeby.

The room was like an ice box, the housekeeper said it was centrally heated and that she controlled the heat. View of parking lot with a camper with green mouldy roof directly under the room's window.

Bathroom dirty and mouldy, bed squeaky and uncomfortable, very small room, no working remote for tv. Very noisy on main road and very hot. No local restaurant or takeaways, (apart from McDonald’s) no leaflet or advice from landlord, advice was can eat his his restaurant downstairs, too expensive for us.

Everything!! Location particularly good when travelling without a car. Very close to station & all the beauty & amenities Conwy offers, yet so peaceful.
