It looks like a family run hotel, clean, cosy and friendly; not luxury but it is ideal place to rest. Good position, ten minutes to beach. Car park opposite the hotel, paid parking, £10.80 24 hours, a bit expensive but convenient. I will stay again when I visit Scarborough next time.

We have stayed here several times mainly as a family. The views are amazing and the swimming pool great. I would highly recommend staying here. On the Saturday night Lewis provided entertainment with a fantastic voice singing a variety of music. Just made our stay even better.

Very close to York City Centre Bedrooms were clean and spacious. There was a large Kitchen that was very well equipped. Apartment had many toys for my young daughter.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and happy made a great atmosphere. Went that extra inch to give you what you wanted.

The White Rabbit could do with uplifting is not run down but needs a lick of paint. Furniture in restaurant has seen better days and stains on all chairs is off putting .All down to wear and tear.

Sparse accomodation, towels smelt slightly of mushrooms, they need to be washed with vinegar in wash to clear the mold spores from settling in, and left to dry in clear area. Also, no batteries in remote, but super clean rooms. With usb charger sockets aswell
