Positive section of review
The staff are always very friendly here which makes it great. The food in the restaurant is always delicious breakfast and dinner were delicious every time. The location is great not too far from the main but far enough to have peace and quiet. I like the fact it has a pool table and bar to come back and relax in.

The bedroom was very small with the sink in the bedroom. Wasn't very good as I've had much better rooms in here for the same price so that was disappointing. Also my pillows were so flat and there was no spare ones in the cupboard. However this didn't ruin my trip and I would still recommend a visit here as it is lovely.

I liked the look and feel of the hotel reception and bar area. Very open, light and welcoming. I also liked the fresh bedding and lots of clean towels. I was able to use the ironing board and iron to prepare my clothes for work.

It would be lovely to have bags available in the room to store used/dirty laundry before returning to my travel case. Would also be nice to have a few biscuits/light snack with the coffee and teas to make it feel more welcoming and thoughtful.

The keys were in the door and I was notified beforehand which Pod I was in and the location was really nice.

The Television didn't work. The hot tap unit over the sink was spraying water all over the place whenever you turned it on, which made it impossible to use. There was mould in many places around the shower tray. And on-site there is a bar (which is separate from the pods) and was having an engagement party the night I arrived. There was loud music and lots of revellers inside and outside the bar, due to the good weather I'm sure. The Pod was 100 meters approx. from the bar and not sound proof, the noise went on all night. I didn't mind the limited facilities within the Pod, but those that were on offer were didn't work or were shabby, with the exception of the Kettle and the toilet. Considering the cost of the Pod (240.00 for 2 nights) I thought it was very poor quality, alongside the fact that I never expected noise pollution like that in the middle of the countryside on a campsite.
