- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  staff are welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Could not fault. Breakfast was great and facilities in the room were good, bed comfy, bathroom good with walk-in shower. Relatively quiet, minimal road/carpark noise just slight disturbance from neighbouring room when they returned late and could hear voices through wall but not major disturbance.

  This hotel has the “Wow” factor when you look out from the balcony to see the historic Chain Bridge and the bubbling River Dee below. The Horseshoe Falls is just a short walk in one direction, whilst in the other there's a horse-drawn boat!! Hearty breakfast and super-pleasant staff

  Flight delayed so arrived at hotel at 3.15am The person at check in desk gave us a key card for a room on the second floor. There was only one lift operating so when we got to the room we opened the door with the key card and found that the room was already occupied !!!!!. Returned to reception and explained what had happened and got a key for a room on the 4th floor. It was after 4am before we got to bed. We paid £170 for a stay of 6 hours. The lift in the morning was busy and it took a while to get down to reception from the 4th floor. Shocking service and I would not recommend it to anyone.
